These alliances bring to our clients shared technologies, existing customers and business referrals. In some cases these Strategic Alliances can turn into Strategic Investors. Often, this can be structured as a partnership-type arrangement without significant dilution of shareholder’s equity. The DiBari Group reviews approximately twenty five business plans per month. We keep a pulse on the strengths and weaknesses of different companies within a specific space. On behalf of our client, we can arrange for CEO-to-CEO meetings and introductions to ascertain common levels of interest. Also included in our arsenal of alliances, are those companies that are part of the investment portfolio of the venture capital firms we work with. These firms are also interested in adding value to their portfolio of equity investments.
